Camp notes
**How show day works**
Everything happens on the day itself — there's no separate rehearsal to fit into your week.
By 13:30 — Performers arrive at the Theatre Hall and are signed in to our chaperoned backstage area. The afternoon is theirs: warm-up with their teachers, testing the stage, getting changed into costume, hair and makeup — while we transform the stage.
By 17:30 — Audience arrives and takes their seats so we can start promptly.
17:30 — Showtime.
By 19:30 — Final bows, on-stage medal presentations, full wrap-up, and collection of your dancer by a named adult.
**What to pack in your dancer's bag**
🥪 A packed lunch — we provide snacks and drinks all afternoon, but it's a long, exciting day and our snacks may not be enough (or to your child's taste)
💇 A hairbrush
💄 Their own stage makeup — only if you'd prefer we don't use ours
🩰 Tights, plus a nude/plain top and shorts to wear under costumes, so your dancer is comfortable and covered while changing and moving around backstage
