WEEK ONE (19–23 OCTOBER) RUNS SUBJECT TO MINIMUM NUMBERS. Chobham Academy's half term is two weeks, but most local schools break up only on the 26th. We will confirm or cancel week one by Friday 9 October 2026 and refund you in full if it does not run. Week two (26–30 October) runs regardless. Your child is with us 9am–4pm, or 8am–6pm if you add early drop-off and late pick-up. Come to the SPORTS HALL entrance on Temple Mills Lane, on the corner of Celebration Avenue — not the main school entrance. BRING EVERY DAY: a packed lunch, a snack, a named water bottle, leggings or shorts and a T-shirt, hair tied up, socks and trainers, old clothes for the making sessions and a named jumper. WE ARE A NUT-FREE SITE — please check labels. FRIDAY 30 OCTOBER is the Halloween party — costumes welcome, but nothing that needs constant adjusting and no mask they cannot see out of. Please make sure your child's allergies, medical details, emergency contacts and the adults authorised to collect them are all completed on their profile before the first booked day. Camp notes
HOLIDAY CAMPS
Minimum numbers. Camp weeks run subject to minimum numbers. Where a camp
week does not reach the minimum, we will tell you by the date stated on
the camp booking page and refund you in full. For the October 2026 camp,
week one (19–23 October) will be confirmed or cancelled by Friday 9
October 2026.
Cancellation by you. Cancel 14 days or more before your first booked day
and we refund in full. Cancel between 14 and 7 days before and we refund
half. Inside 7 days we cannot offer a refund, and missed days are not
refunded or transferred.
Collection. We release your child only to an adult you have named on your
booking. If your arrangements change, email us before the day — we cannot
accept a verbal message at the door. Collection after 6pm is charged at
£15 per 15 minutes.
Medical and allergies. We are a nut-free site. You must tell us about
every allergy, medical condition and medication on your child's profile
before your first booked day. We can only give medication in its original
labelled packaging with written instructions from you.
